We were impressed with a number of aspects of your service:

Spending time with us a few months before the event to put together ideas for the disco, including specific songs we did (and didn’t) want playing. We also liked the fact that you checked beforehand what the dress code was and whether we’d prefer that you spoke (and if so how much) between songs.

I also liked the fact that whilst you offered various options and packages, you weren’t just pushing the most expensive ones to “make a quick buck”. You listened to our ideas
The fact that you contacted the Art Gallery before the event to sort out the administrative areas and take a look round where you’d be performing Being prompt in your communications and keeping us informed when we had any questions Turning up in plenty of time on the day and being flexible on start time, whilst being completely unobtrusive.

We were very  happy that you’d obviously spent time considering what should be the correct lighting for the venue and it looked excellent during your performance. I also thought it a nice touch that you checked with me on the day about whether it would be ok to wear more casual clothes because of the damage to your leg (which I hope is getting better)

Being friendly and approachable at all times, Putting together the DVD with the selection of our favourite songs and photos from the event – this was totally unexpected and a nice surprise at the end of the evening.

Overall we have both found your approach and performance both professional and personalised. I’d have no hesitation in recommending you for future events, specifically Civil Partnerships. It was a pleasure working with you (and Donna).
